Who Are We?
The ADMINISTRATOR is Libby Portch LCCH RSHom :- Libby graduated from the Contemporary College of Homeopathy in Exeter in July 2006 and is now a Registered Homeopath having completed The Society of Homeopath's Continuing Professional Development agreement. She runs a general practice from her home on Exmoor, in the beautiful Aville Valley. It was Libby's perceived need for further materia medica training that has lead to the setting up of the Exmoor HomeopathySeminars and she is responsible for the organisation of the day's events, so she doubles as Administrator and seminar delegate! Libby will be happy to discuss the Seminars with you and is your contact for booking your place. Libby is single and divides her life between her homeopathic career and her much-loved farm and it's 4-legged inhabitants!
THE LECTURER:
Geoff Johnson MA Vet MB MRCVS VetMFHom RSHom PCH :- Geoff is a fully qualified Vet who has now decided to concentrate solely on Homeopathy both for animals and humans at his busy practice in Wiveliscombe. He is an experienced lecturer with a lively and individual style; his lectures are always memorable and he is strongly in favour of a lecture-style that is based around, and illustrated with, a selection of real cases, both animal and human. Many of you will already be familiar with Geoff as a lecturer at various colleges including the School of Homeopathy, the Contemporary College of Homeopathy and the Bristol Homeopathic Hospital. Amongst other study courses undertaken, Geoff has studied in India with the Bombay School, including Rajan Sankaran.
Geoff is married and lives with his wife, Mandy, and their 2 children in Wiveliscombe.
THE SEMINARS ARE PRIMARILY LECTURED BY GEOFF, BUT IT IS OUR INTENTION TO INVITE OTHER SPEAKERS AS THE OPPORTUNITY ARISES; IF YOU HAVE SEEN SOMEONE WHO REALLY GRIPPED YOUR IMAGINATION, THEN LET US KNOW! ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE - AND WE ARE ALWAYS OPEN TO NEW EXPERIENCE AND THINKING, SO PLEASE DO MAKE YOUR SUGGESTIONS!
Teresa Moore has conducted a very successful lecture on Fungi and Orchids (March 08) and David Lilley has kindly agreed to lecture for us on 7th October 2008 (see Forward Programme page for more details).
